Brandon was amazing to work with on getting our roof redone. We tried several companies to get bids but most wouldn’t even give us a return call, Brandon was exceptional on the communication!!! Always keeping in touch and giving us updates. Our insurance company gave us the run around for almost a year and Brandon even came back to our place after his initial bid, when the insurance adjusters came to check things out, so not only did they do the work but we financed the project through them also, very easy, quick and with no hassle. They showed up in the morning and were done before dinner. The new shingles look amazing, they did such a great job on cleaning up you can’t even see 1 little piece of debris anywhere. We had Midwestern Construction reroof our church which was in dire need of new shingles. Aaron was great, helping us work with insurance and getting much more than we expected through our insurance. It took time but it was worth it. He was there with us through the whole process and a huge help. The work was also done efficiently and with quality along the way. Midwestern replaced our church roof with quality supplies and quality skills. Working with them helped us to achieve our goal.

I have been working with Aaron Robinson since the spring of 2019, when our church initiated a windstorm damage claim, followed 2 months later with a hail damage claim, with our insurance company. The insurance company had been eager to collect the annual fees for insurance coverage but was certainly not eager to pay for what appeared to be legitimate wind and hail damage.Aaron met with the insurance company's recommended adjuster who agreed with Aaron that the roof had suffered windstorm damage adequate to require a total replacement of the approximately 15,000 sf roof. The insurance company did not like that outcome so sent a person to do a second evaluation. Our church has a 10/12 pitch roof - the second person was not equipped with the needed foot-ware, ropes and harness needed to access that steepness so completed his assessment from his views from the valleys and the peaks of the roof, not ever venturing out onto the "field" of the roof. Based on his assessment, our claim was denied.Aaron was not willing to stand down. He met with a public adjuster company at the site. He, with the public adjuster, decided that we should continue pushing back on the insurance company. Which we did - back and forth for 2 more years.A final, court-ordered evaluation was scheduled for this past spring. The assessment resulted in approximately one half the roof being covered by insurance, less the legal fees .Aaron and his crew completed the re-roof project in great time, and came in under budget.I completely enjoyed working with Aaron through what must have been a very frustrating experience for Aaron as well. And would recommend Aaron Robinson and Midwestern Construction to do a roof repair/replacement on any structure that he would say that he/his company is geared to do.

Just got to say that as a home inspector who deals with contractors daily it was quite a joy to see a man go out of his way to do his job in such a professional and dedicated manner without charging an insane price. We had splatter (splash) marks on our roof from hail damage as well as a little bit of wind damage and my insurance company denied my claim, so we turned to Aaron at Midwest construction for some assistance in getting a claim accepted. This guy tried four times and finally succeeded in getting the insurance to admit that there was plenty of damage sufficient enough to justify them paying for a new roof, without asking me to do anything but provide him the phone numbers of the representative that said "no". I work with many professionals in the trades and this man knows what he's doing and does it very well.

Brandon inspected the roof, collected evidence of damage and dealt with the insurance company. The same insurance company that did their own inspection and denied our claim.He got us a settlement for the roof.THANK YOU BRANDON.His crew was very hard working and finished a 30 square roof in one day.I have done roofing and can say that they took no shortcuts in material or labor. They were generous with the application of ice dam material going well past the eaves and wide in the valleys.They suggested a California cut in the valleys that covers the tin and I have to say that I am a fan.They cleaned up well, replaced a screen that got a tiny cut that I didn't even notice and came back the next day to sweep the driveway after the dumpster was removed.Professional is the word of the day.
