I had them do my roof replacement. Prices were competitive with the area. HOWEVER! The service before, during, and after the installation was exceptional. I was able to contact the company rep anytime I needed to and Dakota (the rep) always made sure I knew where we were in the process and that I got any questions answered very promptly. The crew showed up right on time and I'm totally satisfied with the job they did. The roof looks wonderful! They put down tarps next to the house, put a dumpster in the driveway, and ran magnets over the yard in case there were loose nails or whatever. When they were done, they put anything they moved back where it was. Also, they worked very fast and looked like they were enjoying it, even in this heat. This may be minor, but Midwestern made sure the crew has water and was taking breaks. Shows they care about their crew. I'm very satisfied with the company, especially with Dakota and the people he works with. I also wanted a local company with experience, and Midwestern is both. I highly recommend the company to anyone looking to have this kind of work done.

Employees helped me through the entire repair process. They started the job earlier then their estimated time, which was a plus. They worked with me with any questions I had. The workers that did the actual work did a great job and worked quickly.

Rachel, Aaron and Dakota went above and beyond. Everyone was informative , friendly and had our best interest in mind. I look forward to hiring them for future projects!

The communication with Dakota was great. He kept me informed As to what was going on. The two fellas that did the installation were awesome. They worked solidly from 8 to 4. They kept any mess to a minimum and cleaned up immediately after themselves. I would recommend this company anytime.

Dakota and Aaron were awesome to work with, from the first time meeting with them, all through the process to the completion of our roof. The guys did a great job with cleaning up our yard and landscaping when they were finished up as well.
The insurance process can be stressful for anyone, but Aaron and Dakota instantly answered any questions or concerns we had throughout the process. They were very professional through everything, making us feel 100% comfortable working with them.

With our shingles just under 20 years old, we decided to have a standing seam metal roof installed on our home and garage. We got a date for the estimate right away and worked with Brandon on what we were looking for. The installation team worked hard and the new roof looks great. We are happy with the entire process and workmanship.

Brandon was great! Took time out of his day to help us repair our roof. Good customer service is hard to come by. He was super responsive and help put my mind at ease.

After a huge storm, trees through the roof, and loads of stress Brandon came and worked with us to get our rafters, drywall, facia, gutters, and roof repaired. They communicated any delays, were respectful and even came back in between each stage of the project to clean up the spaces.

Midwestern Construction recently installed a new garage roof for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. A big shoutout to Brandon, our sales rep, whose communication and people skills stood out throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond—not only keeping us informed every step of the way, but even stepping in to assist the crew when needed. His dedication and willingness to ensure the job got done right really made a difference.

On the day of the install, we decided to add a soffit replacement to the project, in addition to the scheduled fascia work. Brandon didn’t hesitate—he went above and beyond what was asked to make sure it got done. He took the initiative to replace rotted wood and even added structural support to a section of soffit that previously had none. His attention to detail and commitment to quality most definitely stood out.

Aaron and his crew were fantastic. Explained everything they needed to do and why. ( I bought a very old fixer upper) Never left me hanging. Did my roof very promptly and then helped me with my gutter decisions. I would highly recommend this team if you need outside construction done. Very nice conscientious people.

I recommend Midwestern Construction for roofing and siding. Project managers keep you updated. The crews are fast and professional. I've had 2 roofs done, one in Mankato and one in western MN. Brandon was amazing to work with on getting our roof redone. We tried several companies to get bids but most wouldn’t even give us a return call, Brandon was exceptional on the communication!!! Always keeping in touch and giving us updates. Our insurance company gave us the run around for almost a year and Brandon even came back to our place after his initial bid, when the insurance adjusters came to check things out, so not only did they do the work but we financed the project through them also, very easy, quick and with no hassle. They showed up in the morning and were done before dinner. The new shingles look amazing, they did such a great job on cleaning up you can’t even see 1 little piece of debris anywhere. If you are looking for someone to do your roofing, Brandon is definitely the person to talk to!!!

Aaron came out to take a look at a leak that formed from the excessive amount of rain. He made the time and made sure to patch it up quickly. He made sure we understood what he was saying and said if we incur further problems he will come back it to take a look and do further investigations!
